Hey I had the same exact problem.  I tried everything too but the only thing that worked was to contact them.  Remember that they close at 4:00PM their time (i think?) and that may be why you haven't been able to contact them.  Once you get through its relatively easy to reset your password.

Hey, I'm trying to change my room too.  I want to get in West Campus but I am in East campus, Glen.  Let me know if we can switch.  Btw, keep in mind that when you are logging into that room change thing, you only need the first part of the email don't add the @mail.gatech.edu.  It's confusing, I know!
