Didn't graduate from high school

Hi, I'm interested in going to Ga Tech, possibly Fall 2009. I am wondering what I need to do to apply. I was supposed to graduate from high school in Spring 2003, but I didn't do real good in some classes and I re-took them in the fall and dropped out half way through (Fall 2003) and recieved my GED.  My fiance is going to Ga Southern and I was going to do the Ga Tech program there, but they said since I dropped out that I have to wait 5 years.  I was wondering if the same rule applies and if there would be any special instructions/requirements that I would have to follow.

Thank you!

Re: Didn't graduate from high school

Georgia Tech does not have a policy restricting applicants to wait a certain period before applying for admission.  In your case, I would suggest emailing admission@gatech.edu so that a  designated counselor can analyse your criteria and help you make the best decision in terms of applying.
