Requirements for admission for Industrial Engineering

I am a prospective transfer student from a community college in Florida.

Here's my question.  My intended major is Industrial Engineering.  My intended arrival date at GT is fall of 2009.  The classes I will be taking in the spring of 2009 are: Calculus 2, Physics 1 w/ lab, Chemistry 1 w/ lab, and Linear Algebra.  The classes I will be taking in the summer of 2009 are Calculus 3, Physics 2 w/ lab, and Differential Equations.

I am behind schedule because I started with College Algebra and also because this fall I will be studying abroad in Spain where I am unable to take math or physics.

My question exactly is, do I meet the requirements as a transfer student?  I am aware that GT doesn't look at the courses prior to the semester I will be attending, but how exactly does this affect me?  Since my summer courses are not required in order to transfer, I assume I will still be able to accepted.

So am I able to apply for the fall of 2009 or must I wait and apply for the Spring of 2010 and twiddle my thumbs that fall instead?
